Villa Interiors

Villa Melitini can accommodate up to 14 people within three flooring levels. With all floors internally connected for communication, you can enjoy your privacy while spending a family holiday together.

Enjoy your stay in the 7 bedrooms and 2 kitchen area fully loaded with amenities to make your entire vacations real fun and luxurious.

Living Rooms

There are two living rooms in the Villa to let you enjoy your favorite TV show while relaxing with your loved ones.

The ground floor living area has a fireplace, air conditioner, and a TV (Satellite). Similarly, the living room on the first floor has beautiful granite flooring, an air conditioner, and a 65” plasma TV.

Dining

Beautifully designed kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need on a luxurious holiday trip. The kitchen on the ground floor has essential home appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a fridge with cubed/crashed ice and cold water. You can have your breakfast prepared and enjoy it in the dining area.

The kitchen area on the 1st floor is well kept with all the appliances and utensils for 14 individuals. This dining area is between the kitchen and the lounge. It has an air-conditioning unit to accommodate comfortably your entire family.

Bedrooms

You can find three bedrooms on the ground floor. A mini-suite with double bed, four-fold closet, living room, and bathroom, one bedroom with double bed and closet and a bedroom with two semi-double beds and an octagonal closet.

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedside table, a quadruple closet, a plasma TV, and air conditioning.

Three 2nd floor bedrooms with double beds and closets are also available. All bedrooms have their exclusive bathroom, air conditioning, and plasma TV.

Bathrooms

Two ground floor bathrooms; the first bathroom is located in the bedroom of the ground floor with the living room. The bathrooms have showers and hot water with solar (all 24 hours).

One bathroom on the 1st floor with a shower and hot water via solar power (24 hours a day).

Three bathrooms with showers and hot water (with solar power all day) on the 2nd floor. One of the bathrooms has a hydro massage bath to give you the perfect relaxing experience after a tiresome exploration day.
